Martin Michael Müller studied Physics in Mainz and Glasgow. He wrote his Phd thesis at the Max-Planck-Institut for Polymer Research. After graduation he spent two years as a Postdoc at the Laboratoire de Physique Statistique of the Ecole Normale Supérieure in Paris. Since September 2009 he is working as a Maître de conférences at the Paul-Verlaine University in Metz.
